Our team took on the 2026 TEXO Softball Tournament with a full day of action and great competition!

From timely hits and turning double plays to a home run from Nathan Campbell, the SVCC team brought the energy. We had a blast, enjoyed the great weather and advanced during bracket play.

🦺 Project Awarded | Firefly Park Retail 🦺

We are excited to be part of the Firefly Park development in Frisco, Texas, a high-end mixed-use project focused on fostering healthy, equitable spaces while preserving and celebrating nature to create a truly exceptional experience.

Firefly Park Retail consists of eight retail buildings and an amphitheater, totaling approximately 100,000 SF. This area is designed to blend retail, entertainment and community-focused spaces within a natural setting.

We look forward to partnering with Wilks Development and Ward Architecture throughout the course of construction to deliver '𝘈𝘯 𝘌𝘯𝘫𝘰𝘺𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘌𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦', and we can’t wait for opening day in 2027.

Last week, our team had the opportunity to celebrate the Tom Thumb Midlothian ribbon cutting ceremony.

It was a memorable project milestone, highlighted by performances from the Midlothian Heritage High School band and cheer team, along with great food and even better company.

We’re grateful to have been part of bringing this project to life alongside Heights Venture Architects + Design, Horton TX and Albertsons Tom Thumb.

Congratulations to everyone involved in making this project a success. We’re excited to see its impact on the growing Midlothian community.
