Nickname: “Sex Panther” I'm from San Diego so it's a PG13 reference to Anchorman “60 percent of the time it works every time!”

EH: I'd just moved to Dallas and caught my neighbor AlrightAlright sticking an F3 business card under my windshield. It was the most impactful business card I've received.

Where I'm from: born and raised in Southern California, prior to Dallas had been living in Encinitas in north county San Diego

Favorite thing about F3: I love the camaraderie. It's fun seeing the boys every morning. The workouts are always different which keeps it fresh and you're always getting pushed and encouraged to get a little better every morning. It's been a life changer.

Favorite exercise: The burpee. The PAX would also attest I'm a huge fan of the Bearway to Heaven and the Native American run.

Other hobbies: I love unprogrammed days just relaxing at home. Consuming brisket hoagies and cold beer from the Meat Shop. Hunting, fishing and golfing (all very poorly).

Nickname and how I got it: Draper. I got it because I work in advertising

Who EH’d You: Pow Pow. Took him all of 2 seconds

Where did you grow up: Torrance, CA

What’s your favorite thing about F3: The comradely and the accountability. Makes getting up so early easy.

Favorite exercise: I love exercises that combine two different exercises. An example would be a merkin with mountain climbers included

What other hobbies do you have: Spending time with my family, hiking, watching baseball

Nickname and how I got it:
Tyrann Mathieu was known as the Honey Badger when he played at LSU. I am an LSU alum. We have a lot in common.

Who EH’d you:
I went to a few workouts when I lived in Fort Worth, but BrownBag EH’d me in Dallas. Met him walking our dogs in Lindsley park (Off leash because we don't follow the rules)

Where did you grow up:
New Orleans, LA

Favorite part of F3:
Making friends with a bunch of chill dudes (Core principle #2). No better way to start the day.

Favorite exercise:
Bonnie Blairs. I've got a great exercise highlighting them for anyone interested.

What other hobbies do you have:
Disc golf 🥏, Ball Golf 🏌️, Chess ♟️, Making Pizza 🍕

Nickname and how I got it:
Special Sauce - My hospital last name is Mack. Apparently there was a commercial about big Mac’s that aired before I was born “..two all beef patties, SPECIAL SAUCE, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun.” Must've been a bunch of old pax at the beatdown that day!

Where did you grow up:
Pittsburgh, PA

Favorite part of F3:
The accountability, and camaraderie. Having been heavily involved in team sports most of my life, I was missing the brotherhood that comes along with being apart of a team once I graduated college. F3 has definitely filled that void and I'm thankful to have the opportunity to start my mornings off with such a great group of guys.

Favorite exercise:
Sprint Exercises, Veggie Pickers and any Merkin variation. And at the very bottom of the list is the Crab Walk & Penguin Crunch.

What other hobbies do you have:
Hanging with my M and new 2.0. Golf, Pittsburgh Sports, slowly trying to perfect my Traeger skills, and checking out the various DFW breweries.

Santini EH’s me but Double D is the man who engaged me got me involved with F3

Where did you grow up:
I am from Arvada, CO and lived in the same zip code until I left for the USMC - we have been on the move ever since

Favorite part of F3:
My favorite part of F3 is the fellowship- I would be working out anyway, but F3 provides me a great opportunity to build friendships

Flying Squirrel 🐿️

What other hobbies do you have:
I don't really do many hobbies- my concentrica keeps me very busy and especially with the grandkids. We stay very busy just living right

Gambler came from living in Vegas. “The” came from going to college in Ohio and the obnoxious (to some) phrase The Ohio State.

EH’d by a friend who went to F3 in winston salem.

Where did you grow up:
Grew up in Columbia, SC

What is your favorite exercise:
Favorite exercise is The Hightower

What other hobbies do you have:
Other hobbies include coaching/watching my kid’s sports, golf, rowing, and board/card games.
