I’m still feeling stuffed and sluggish thanks to a fun-filled weekend involving zero tracking so this morning was all about a total dumpster fire training session and now chocolate almond butter noats. Ingredients: cauliflower, chocolate whey protein isolate powder, powdered almond butter and a splash of almond milk.

I don’t really know what to call this creation - which came to life from a batter including ground chicken breast, egg whites, puréed pumpkin and spinach. Is it a chiffle? Let’s go with chiffle. Let’s make that happen.
Whatever you want to call it, I need a couple more attempts to make it perfect. These were too thick and Belgian-style and I’m hoping to get something thinner and crunchier next time. Anyways...this was breakfast 😂

This week’s menu: sweet eggs with grapefruit and Canadian bacon, “noatmeal”, chicken and egg white with roasted veggies, ground turkey pasta sauce over spaghetti squash with green beans, beef stir fry with cauli rice and veggies, crock pot fajita chicken breast over cauli rice with peppers, taco salads with fajita chicken, Greek yogurt with berries, cottage cheese with cherry tomatoes, raw veggies with spinach artichoke tzatziki!
