So definitely was feeling inspired and crafty with this version of the drink. Introducing the boozy pumpkin spiced cold foam latte. Using a salted vanilla bourbon, pumpkin spice syrup, and a hot bold coffee to bring it all together.

Mediterranean Avocado Toast. A quick shoot for an awesome food item over at . This savory, hearty dish is definitely enough to pick you up and carry you through.

So this coffee right here?? OUTSTANDING! I had this two ways over the course of two days.
As an espresso, it reminded me strongly watermelon jolly ranchers. Sweet, slight tart factor, with an amazing aroma on it.
With pourover, I got candied lime zest, a smooth finish, and a friend who definitely appreciated the purchase.

Saw it on insta (can't remember where I saw it but, if I could, I'd tag the for this absolute banger of a drink!) And had to try it out for my self! Chai concentrate, vanilla, and top with a little sparkle. Definitely makes for a wonderful fall drink!

Getting back to work and can't wait to get further down the rabbit hole. Might even give myself a new tattoo today.

The beauty of days like this, where it starts out chill and easy and becomes increasingly busier, is that I can slowly enjoy my coffee at my leisure before I get to the nitty gritty of the day. With the slight apricot notes and white tea finish, this Ethiopia single origin is freaking outstanding.

We can finally share this announcement now that we have shared the news with the proper people: we're having a baby! ❤️❤️
