Excited to have our first home in Travis Club underway! A lot happens behind the scenes before a home starts to rise. From plans and site work to concrete and coordination, watching this one start to take shape— with Lake Travis and golf course views like these— is pretty incredible.

Our family’s home is officially available. This was a special project for us — a home Cole and I designed and built as a builder/designer spec that we ended up living in ourselves. Every space was thoughtfully planned and every finish intentionally chosen, which makes it a hard one to leave.

The home sits on 3+ fully fenced, unrestricted acres with no HOA, located in Spicewood within Lake Travis ISD. It was designed for everyday living and gathering, with an open layout, two living areas, a study, and spaces that flow seamlessly outdoors.

The backyard has been one of our favorite places to spend time as a family — a negative edge pool, outdoor fireplace seating, fire pit, putting green, and a peaceful creek that runs through the property after rains. We also installed utilities for a future casita, party barn, or workshop, giving the next owners the opportunity to take the property even further.

We love this area and plan to stay close by as we put the finishing touches on our next home, so we’re excited for the future owners — our neighbors — who will get to enjoy this property the way we have.
