5.80 Winner Don Caver

Xtreme Raceway Park has announced that they are going to have 6.0 index and no 5.80 for their races this season. I asked Gaylen Smith, track manager why and this is why I got back as an answer......

“We started out running 6.0 at Motorplex after Kdale shut down n then ran 6.0 at XRP untill this last season - I will do what the majority of the racers that support us wanna do”

If you want to have 5.80 index at XRP this season, please let them know/respond.

********Attention All Racers********
As most of you know, TOPMA began running 3 index classes with their normal race at Texas Motorplex last year.
This year they are planning on having a 5.00, 5.50, 6.00 and 7.00 Index Series on the first Saturday of each month.
I have been told Xtreme Raceway is planning on having the same index classes on the third Saturdays of the month.
After a lot of thought and discussion with other racers, I have decided not to run our PRO580 series this year but support this TOPMA Index Series.
This TOPMA Index Series has exciting potential, and with the 580 and 660 racers joining, I am expecting our best season ever.
