It’s getting cold in north Texas...down to zero this week! Where are my electric socks?? 🌬🌨🧦 About the pic...these are vintage wood clamps and no I’m not clamping wood with them! No surprise, but I use them to set in large vintage hickory bowls. Great patina and texture! 😄 I’m actually giving them to my son who will clamp thins with them. 😂 You all keep those warm socks and mittens close!

Forgot to post this before Christmas, but I mentioned these elves in a previous post. They are from a 1930’s window display at Neiman Marcus! I bought them years ago at an antique mall I was in...like close to 30 yrs!! 😳 Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas! 🎄. And, my last Christmas photo! 🤭😂.

My friend Laura did an arrangement for an event she went to and she gave it to me when done. I got all the way home with it and it tipped over when I set it down in my house completely undoing the arrangement!! 🙄 I ended up making several arrangements out of the flowers. This lily is one of them. And I practiced using my flash with this pic! A two for one!! 😄 Hope your day is as beautiful as the one we’re having in north Texas today!

Just practicing...taken with my speed light at midnight a couple days ago. I’ve never worked with a flash before. Have been asked to shoot a rehearsal dinner in early December!🤭 Have some practicing to do! 🤷‍♀️😄.
