Your timeline looks different because your path is your own
“You’re over 40 and losing distance… it’s probably not your swing.”
We see this all the time.
Golfers blaming their mechanics, tweaking their swing, chasing tips on YouTube.
But no one’s pointing out the real issue.
Your body just doesn’t move the way it used to.
Rotation starts to disappear.
Hips get stiff.
Thoracic spine stops opening up.
So what happens?
You try to force speed from a body that physically can’t create it anymore.
And distance drops… fast.
Most golfers double down on swing changes.
But if your body can’t get into the positions your swing requires, nothing sticks.
At Apex, we look at what your body can actually do first.
Because when you restore the way your body moves… your swing starts working again without forcing it.
And this is what we call the root cause.
