The sunsets at our lake house project never get old. As the sun goes down, the sky puts on a show and the whole lake reflects the color. It’s one of those moments that reminds you why being here feels so special. When we designed this home, making space to enjoy views like this was just as important as anything happening inside.

Perfectly matched, never accidental. The wood floors, paneling and cabinetry were all sourced separately with careful attention paid to color, movement, grain and undertones to ensure a cohesive palette. Intentional design down to the last detail

Another year in the books! As the year comes to a close, I can’t believe how fast it flew by. Grateful for all the good, the challenges, and everything in between that have shaped where we are today. Looking ahead with excitement and optimism for what’s to come for our company in the new year

It was a pleasure working alongside the team and to complete this home in Preston Hollow in under 11 months. Thrilled to announce that it sold before it even hit the market.

Today, these kitchens and dining rooms are surely bustling; filled with family, laughter and the rituals that make a house feel like a home. I often wish I could be a fly on the wall, witnessing how each family gathers, cooks, celebrates and creates memories in the spaces we had the honor to design. We’re deeply thankful for our wonderful clients, talented builders, dedicated trades, trusted vendors and every partner who helps bring these homes to life. Role:
You will be the face of our brand, building strong relationships, generating qualified leads, and securing new design projects. This is not just a sales job—it’s about representing a luxury brand, creating genuine connections, and finding the right clients who align with our vision.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the luxury residential sectors.

Build and maintain relationships with high-value referral sources such as architects, builders, developers, and luxury real estate agents.

Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to represent our firm.

Follow up on leads, create proposals in collaboration with our design team, and close deals.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report regularly on progress.

Collaborate with our marketing efforts to support brand visibility and lead generation.

Qualifications:
Proven success in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in interior design, architecture, construction or luxury real estate.

Strong network in Dallas’s luxury market.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Professional presence and ability to represent a luxury brand with poise.

Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
