Care in action, connection in every moment - this , we are recognizing the many ways Oceans Healthcare teams continue to show up for the people and communities we serve.
From mental health awareness activities and community health fairs to school-based education, partner trainings, and local outreach events, our teams continued helping create conversations that reduce stigma, strengthen access to care, and connect individuals with meaningful support.
We also celebrated important milestones and achievements, including two years of care at Behavioral Health Center at Porter Health Village and leadership development that helps strengthen behavioral health partnerships.
Each of these moments is a reminder that care extends beyond the walls of our hospitals. It happens through education, collaboration, advocacy, and the relationships our teams build every day.
Thank you to our team members for continuing to lead with compassion, connection, and purpose

This , we’re closing National Hospital Week with gratitude for the people who make Oceans a place of safety, stability, and recovery.
Across our hospitals, team members bring our mission to life every day. They help create steady, supportive environments where individuals and families are met with dignity, compassion, and high-quality behavioral health care.
National Hospital Week gave our teams a moment to pause, celebrate, and recognize the individuals behind that work - the people who strengthen our hospitals, support one another, and help carry our mission forward in every community we serve.

To wrap up Nurses Week, we’re celebrating Derrick C., RN, and the support and compassion he brings.
For Derrick, nursing is about advocating for patients, building trust and making a positive difference each day through both clinical care and human connection.
“What makes me most proud to be a nurse is knowing that I can have a meaningful impact on someone’s life, even in small moments,” Derrick shared. “Whether it is helping a patient feel safe, listened to, or cared for, those interactions matter.”
At Oceans, Derrick is proud to be part of a team dedicated to compassionate behavioral health care and patient-centered support - working together to create a safe, therapeutic environment where patients feel valued, understood and supported throughout their healing journey.
Thank you, Derrick, for the dedication you bring to your work each day.
