Short steps, long vision, paso corto, vista larga, Health is Wealth! In 2025, I made a commitment to myself and have already achieved 3 out of 12 medals this year. I will continue to strive and thrive, persevering towards my goals.

HEALTH IS WEALTH! I invested $180 on my feet the other day. I had to buy some comfy supportive shoes for my walk/run training. I made a commitment this year to train for 5k. I lost 15 pounds since January and my goal is to participate in a 5k event once a month. I have 2/12 medals so far for this year and my next 5k event is next week.

My name is Michelle Thompson and I am a passionate professional baker of 25 years that owns a small business and a nonprofit organization. I travel the world to teach children how to bake and give them an opportunity to decorate their very own cakes while sharing the gospel of Jesus! I am just a vessel for the Lord!

I love to support local small businesses and I went to “La Popular Bakery” located in Belize, City to buy some sweet confections for the kiddos when I visited church. I picked assorted flavors of sweet sand allowed the children to pick their favorites. What a blessing! 615 children impacted in 2 years! To God be all the Glory and Praise!
