If you have ended up with a bike that's not yours this morning, there's a pretty sad boy missing his bike. Please kindly private message us to arrange the bike's return.

You may want to consider doing so before the police watch the videos from the neighbors. They have already received a report.

The exits from Wynfield Farms to Eldorado are closed until about 10-10:30am for the 633 run event.

Homeowners and Neighbors,

We understand the frustration in the pool opening delay. The board has their own families wishing to use it, and we're bummed about it, too. It will not be ready for Memorial Day as we'd hoped and planned. We're so sorry.

The weather hasn't cooperated, and a leak was discovered in the kiddie pool that needs to be addressed.

After it looks like the decking is done, it still needs to cure for 48 hours, and the pool will need to be cleaned.

So, (even though gate-jumping shouldn't happen anyway), please do not try to access the pool before we announce that it is ready and the gate has been activated.

Speaking of, if you need a new gate key, please email [email protected]

We appreciate everyone's understanding. The amenity will be so much nicer when it's completed!

Pool Decking Repairs
Wynfield Farms Neighbors,

We’re excited to share that the community pool decking is currently being completely refinished.

Once this project is complete, the pool will officially open for the summer swimming season. We will announce the opening date as soon as it becomes available.

ANNUAL MEETING TONIGHT at 7pm!

Election of officers needs to take place and if quorum is met, we can address other business.

Please join us at 7pm at the pavilion by the pool.

We don't need long, but we are watching the weather. If it will be storming, we'll need to reschedule. So, stay tuned!

PSA: Protect your outside pipes, slowly trickle your water, and open cabinet doors to prevent issues with prolonged freezes.

The New Year trash schedule for December 30-January 3 will be as follows:

Service will slide over one day.
🗑️ Wednesday to Thursday
🗑️ Thursday to Friday
🗑️ Friday to Saturday

A few things:
--Trash pick up is bumped one day this week.

--Bulk trash schedule for 2025.

--New utility billing requires action on your part so that you don't miss a payment even if you've been on auto pay!!
