Josh is teaching a Plumbing for Builders class for the DBA as part of the new DBA Master Builder Certification series classes.

This illustrates the difference between "super high performance" and "high performance". High performance is only energy efficiency.
SIPs are not only very, very energy efficient...The strength of SIPs are tremendous.
Two very large pine trees fell on this house during hurricane Ida. The size of the tree on the ground is huge and it bounced off of the roof.
The other tree certainly would have cut the house in two if it was a stick built house.
