Day 9 of . This week tested me 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ PMS, emotions, and food noise tried to win. But I kicked butt.

I hit about 120g of protein today to help protect my muscles while staying in a calorie deficit.

Brick by brick, discipline is being built.

Today is all about pouring back into me. Massage + facial = mind, body & soul reset. 🥰🫶🏽❤️
