What to know Wednesday….

Some latex paint stripping we had success with yesterday in .
You can see here the customer tried himself with a pressure washer using a 0* tip. (High pressure is not always the answer). It was better to call the pros on this one. Happy customer 🙂 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Look at the damage caused by unmaintained gutters 👀. Gutter guards do not mean “maintenance free”. Once gutters fill with debris and keep that water in one place it could end up weighing close to 1,000lbs from standing water volume based on an average 150-200lnft of gutters. Ended up doing a cleaning and small repair for this customer.

We do this safely by applying an industry standard algicide and detergent solution through a dedicated system that helps dissolve the organic staining such as mold, mildew, and algae (black and green on roof) 🦠
It’s not a matter of if, it’s a matter of when ⏰ will my home start to attract organic growth. And how do I take care of it?
We take care of all organic staining through a low pressure algicide application that safely dissolves the organics such as 🦠mold, mildew, and algae. To then be able to rinse off with a high volume of water rather then using high pressure to scrape the surface clean.

Did you Know…..🤔
If organic growth such as mold, mildew, and algae 🦠 are left untreated for long periods of time, can cause more then just an unpleasant view. The organic stains can actually cause damage such as pitting/breakdown and permanent staining to surfaces like brick, stone, and stucco. It will also aid in the oxidation of painted exteriors which can result in a much more costly paint job V.S a cleaning. 🧼
