There’s just no version of a changed life that doesn’t require change.

As crazy and chaotic our schedules can be, it’s amazing what we find time for. We make time for the things we value the most. Value your goals enough to put them on your schedule.

Integrity test: how you treat someone who can do nothing for you.

In my book, I reference becoming a dream detective that derived from Dr. Gottman who has phenomenal marriage content. It’s an interesting concept I’ve discovered in actually looking for what other people dream about and then leveraging our resources to help them pull it off. So who has a dream or goal you could lend your support to this year?

There’s no version of our life that isn’t risky. Do something you could fail and you risk embarrassment. Do nothing and you risk irrelevance. You might as well try something that can help you grow.
