Jayster Header Mufflers. Here are the results from Richard in North Carolina.
1932 Ford Roadster with small block Chevy ---430 horsepower, equipped with Sanderson Jayster Headers.
Decibel readings ---
With Sanderson muffler reading inside car was 90.
With Carchemistry muffler model LH350QC reading inside car was 85-86.
With LH350QC and stainless steel + fiberglass packing reading inside car was 81.

Perfect fit!!!
These things are perfect. The fit and finish is super and all it took was some black paint and a few bolts. I ran the car without adding the supplied suppressors and the noise level was cut down a bunch.

We mistakenly sent the wrong mufflers, which were too long. Which is picture number 5. Posted this to indicate the length of those, which are 10" long apposed to the 1st and second picture that show what he needed, about 5.5" long. The rest of the muffler/baffle is in the header. Part number on our site. FTD1.

We also build the for headers without a fl**ge. Last picture. They are held in with a stainless 1/4" set bolt.

Drone Be Gone. CC Inserts have been very effective in reducing or eliminating exhaust drone.
This from Justin: "We recently finished installing a 3rz engine into an older Toyota pick up. Part of the build included an LCE header and 2 1/2 inch exhaust with a high flow cat and flowmaster muffler. Unfortunately I ended up with a very high pitched raspy sound around 3800 rpms. Not at all what I was hoping for. After installing the 2 disc insert, I now have a very throaty even pitched exhaust tone at all rpm levels. Very happy with the results."

"The inserts were a perfect solution to eliminate resonance drone at speed. They perform well to reduce the overall loudness and to smooth out the harness of the straight through glass-pack mufflers.

The material, fit, finish and construction were fine. I added the optional steel wool to gain some additional damping. A single bolt secures each insert. This arrangement makes it easy to remove and re-insert depending on desired exhaust tone."
