🤠 Cowboy Spice Company sent me some of their wonderful spice blends, so I could play around with some ideas for the 👩🏽🍳Woman’s Expo this weekend.
I will be cooking and displaying recipes using their seasoning blends! September 6-7 at the Irving Convention Center tickets are only $5!

Mochinut- 9/10
I was kinda put off at first because they didn’t have just mochi, but the donut has that iconic marshmallow mochi texture. The donut it most likely made with tapioca starch to give the texture as it is similar to Brazilian cheese bread (Pão de queijo). They have KDogs and boba too!

Cinnamon Rolls: You can use your favorite bread recipe to make cinnamon rolls. I use brioche. 👩🏽🍳

Marinated feta Feta Block cut into slices
Red pepper Flakes
Mediterranean Oregano
Garlic
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil
Put all of the seasonings into the cut feta and then drizzle the oil onto the feta block or mix all together then put onto feta slices. Let it sit in the fridge or counter for 30 mins and enjoy.😊
