Consider yourself a part of the mission; ingrain yourself in it. Your responsibility, from the moment you wake up until you retire for the night, is to devote your entire attention to completing the company's purpose. This means you'll become a walking, talking, sleeping evangelist for your business. You put others first, empowering them and assisting them in their endeavors. You enthusiastically and really communicate your enthusiasm for what your company stands for.
You must be completely committed to your company's objective. You might even come up with your own version if it makes you feel better, but one thing is certain: when you focus on the mission rather than the commission, you are actually flowing with global blessing.
