If you develop fever, body aches, vomiting, or diarrhea, stay home and prioritize hydration. Norovirus spreads quickly within households and schools. Influenza can escalate more rapidly in higher risk patients, especially young children and older adults. Early guidance matters.

Most people know their cholesterol. Very few know their Lipoprotein(a). And that number can change everything. 🫀

Lipoprotein(a), or Lp(a), is a genetically inherited cardiovascular risk marker. It does not respond meaningfully to diet or exercise. You can look lean, eat well, have “normal” cholesterol, and still carry elevated risk if this is high.
