Denton fire restoration project update. Sheetrock is up and it finally looks like a house again. Now it’s off to the races to put the rest back together again!

Before pictures of the latest Richardson flip that I never posted. We’ve been working on this one since February and we’re still not don’t yet! 😡
Pricing your property correctly is so important if you want to get the most money and sell quickly and without frustration. Overpricing leads to less showings, less offers, less competition, less power in negotiations, longer time on the market, and in the end just a lot of headaches. Do yourself a favor and keep your expectations realistic and you will do much better overall. Buying and selling real estate doesn’t have to be a headache. 🤕

Found this under the grass at the Turner property. Crazy 😜 to think how long it would take for the grass to completely cover a patio like this.
We bought another house in The Colony. I’m a little late getting this video out. We closed on this one late last week. Now the real work starts! Can’t wait to find another one.
