Steak & eggs, but make it gourmet.
Golden toast layered with creamy avocado, feta, and a jammy egg, finished with perfectly seasoned steak.

Breakfast, brunch, or anytime comfort done right.

Gourmet Steak & Egg Toast
•Toast thick bread until golden
•Season steak with salt, black pepper, or your favorite gourmet spice blend
•Sear steak 2–3 min per side, rest, then slice
•Mash avocado with salt and lemon
•Fry egg sunny-side
•Assemble: toast → avocado → feta → egg → steak
•Finish with chili flakes or spice blend of choice

Serve with fresh berries on the side
