My son said, “Walk with a purpose,” and it reminded me that children absorb more than instructions.
They absorb our pace, our presence, our patterns, and our energy.

How you move through life becomes part of how they learn to move through theirs.

I used to think needing space meant I was failing.

Now I know…
a steady mom takes a minute before she loses herself.

I cannot stop talking about seeing Mel Robbins last night.

She was so funny, so real, and so gifted at saying simple things in a way that makes the whole room go, “Wait… I needed that.”

There were thousands of women in that room. Laughing. Nodding. Taking it all in.

And all I kept thinking was, wow… a lot of us have so much in common that we don’t say out loud.

A lot of women are tired...

Tired of being strong all the time.
Tired of acting like we have it all figured out.
Tired of carrying everything quietly.
Tired of shrinking our dreams because life has been lifing.

Last night reminded me that women do not need more pressure.

We need reminders.
We need language.
We need permission.
We need each other.

And honestly, I left that room feeling even more clear:

I want to be part of the kind of work that helps women tell the truth again.
About what we feel.
About what we want.
About what we are done settling for.
About what we are finally ready to become.

I’m even more motivated now to share my message! Thanks Mel!!!

Because we deserve better than feeling “fine”.

“Fine” just isn’t good enough anymore.

And I think a lot of us are finally waking up to that.

I’m here to help more women stop settling for “fine” and reclaim the life they deserve! WE ARE DONE WITH FINE! Let’s gooooooo 🚀🚀

Functioning is not the same as feeling well. That’s why I’m DONE WITH FINE. I deserve better. And you do too!

This is why I’m done with fine.

I don’t want to just survive the week and call that life.

I want to be present.
I want to enjoy my kids.
I want to actually feel the moments I used to rush through.

Fine was never the dream.

A friend gave me this sign today, and I could not love it more. 💛

She told me she is excited about my new book, Done With Fine, and that the message I am sharing is already touching lives. That meant so much to me, because this message matters.

Too many people have learned how to look okay while feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected inside.

I want more for us than that.

We deserve to feel better than fine.
Fine was never the dream.
Fine is not the goal.
And fine is not good enough for the life we were meant to live. 🌟

We were not put here to just survive, push through, wear ourselves out, and call that strength.

We were made for more.
More peace.
More wholeness.
More joy.
More wellness.

This is why this book matters.
This is why Done With Fine is bigger than a phrase.
It is a decision.
A declaration.
A refusal to keep settling for feeling barely okay in a life that you have worked so hard to build.

I am deeply grateful that she thought of me. 💕 And I pray & believe with my whole heart that this message is going to reach millions of lives for years to come.

We deserve more than fine!

Done With Fine is coming soon! 📚🚀

Moms, go take the break. The world will still be there when you get back. ❤️✌️
A little rest. A little fun. A lot of good for the soul. 🥰

Emma Grede’s wording was blunt.
But I think she touched a nerve because a lot of moms are carrying so much that by the weekend, presence takes real effort.
Your kids do not only experience your availability.
They experience your emotional climate.
I’d rather see moms tell the truth about their capacity than keep performing “fine.”
