👨🏻🍳 Chef Spotlight: Our Executive Chef Patrick McElroy is an expert from surf to turf.
Chef McElroy is dedicated to his craft and oversees the ambitious prime rib service program as well as the flurry of events at Warwick Melrose Dallas. Originally from New Jersey, he learned seafood early on from living near the coastal areas of the Northeast (NJ and South Philly) as he honed his skills in Italian, Classical French and American Seafood as a sous chef and received his culinary degree in Cumberland, New Jersey. Once in Texas, he entered the world of luxury hotels handling very large events and also experienced the great outdoors and learning to cook in many different settings in North Texas. When he is not cooking, he enjoys his time at his family’s ranch and game preserve in Tioga, Texas.
