This is our typical process:
•1st pic: wall is up and annoying everyone so the homeowner calls Load Bearing Wall Pros to remove it
•2nd pic: homeowner calls us to put Humpty Dumpty back together, again. We have the ability to move all of the “mechanicals” (electrical, plumbing, and HVAC) but on this job we only had to move electrical before we were able to hang Sheetrock, tape and bed, and texture so that when we leave the customers are paint and trim ready.

After our framing crew finished moving walls in this beautiful home, then we stepped in. We moved and fixed a ton of electrical, moved some known and surprise plumbing, and then sheet rock, tape and bed, and textured to match all of the homes updated finishes.
