Every day, these dedicated educators care for children, support families, and help create stronger communities. We’re so thankful for the opportunity to share a little extra support with the people who give so much to the children and families they serve.

It was wonderful seeing so many of our providers as they stopped by to pick up their gift cards!

Educational First Steps partnered with the National Charity League, Inc., Mockingbird Chapter for a volunteer project at Creative Steps Academy.

Volunteers organized the center’s teacher resource space, making books and classroom materials easier for educators to find and use.

Educational First Steps is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Education Specialist to join our team serving Tarrant County.

This is a 75% remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from home while still building meaningful, in-person relationships with early learning professionals and the programs they serve.

As an Education Specialist, you’ll:
• Coach and mentor childcare providers
• Build relationships with early learning programs
• Support educators as they strengthen their practice
• Help create high-quality learning environments for young children
• Be part of a team working to strengthen early childhood education across North Texas
