We All Owe Governor Abbott a “Thank You!”

One plank in the America First campaign platform for President Trump was a major issue for a vast majority of Americans - the tidal wave of illegal immigrants flooding the country and facilitated by the Biden-Harris administration. The issue remained a hot button topic every year for those not listening to the mainstream media, but most Americans were not cognizant of it for the first couple of years.

Immigration just wasn’t discussed much in the daily news and wasn’t part of the lexicon of politics in general, it was a border or regional issue and not a national one.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott changed all that in April 2022, and used the tactics of the left against them. He helped the nation to see that every state was a border state, even if they didn’t realize it at the time.

Sanctuary cities like New York and Chicago, boasting their liberal compassion for everyone but Americans, were the first landing zones for the flights and buses of illegal aliens from Texas. Then the progressive meccas of Denver, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and finally Washington DC received their cultural enhancements.

How long did it take for the left to start realizing that the illegal aliens were not the wholesome benefit imagined when living in your own back yard?

We also owe a hearty Thanks Guv to Florida’s Ron DeSantis when he cunningly sent a plane load of illegals lines to Martha’s Vineyard. For the gentrified and upper class denizens of Martha’s Vineyard, it took less than 48 hours before they started deporting the aliens from their town. Few seem to remember that Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker deployed Department of Defense military personnel, known as the Massachusetts National Guard, to assist in the deportation and relocation efforts.

Even New York City Mayor Eric Adams seems to have grasped the obvious hazard to his sanctuary city policies, recently stating that illegal aliens that are accused of crimes should be removed and not entitled to Constitutional due process protections.

Now every state has experienced the burden of the wave of illegal immigrants taking over their town’s infrastructure such as schools and hospitals, and more importantly, the jobs for Americans.

It wasn’t until it became an American problem, not just a border problem, did most of the country awaken to the impact of liberal, Democratic policies like open borders and decide to do something about it. The Voice of America was clearly heard on November 5, 2024, and they wanted President Trump to return to office to handle the problem.

There was no illegal alien problem until Gov. Abbott, and to a smaller but important extent Gov. DeSantis, made it an American problem.

While it is enjoyable on a selfish and personal level to witness the conniptions of the liberal left, following the trouncing of the worst candidate for president ever by the Democratic Party, I still don’t feel any pity for them. None. Zero.

The America Last Strategy by the Duo of Destruction

On September 29, 2024, Biden told a reporter, with reference to funding for more resources to help the Americans in Florida and the Carolinas following the devastating effects of Hurricane Helene, that there would be no more funding to help in their time of need.

This was stunning example of the political and philosophical attitude of Biden (and the left that he represents) to prove that America is the last country to benefit from the taxes paid by The People.

On October 5, 2024, Harris, of the infamous Biden-Harris Duo of Destruction, is trying to prove she is even more heartless and callous toward America and her people than even the mannequin on the beach. Her posting on social media concerning the bombing of Lebanon by Israel:

“To that end, the United States will provide nearly $157 million in additional assistance to the people of Lebanon for essential needs such as food, shelter, water, protection, and sanitation to help those who have been displaced by the recent conflict. This additional support brings total U.S. assistance to Lebanon over the last year to over $385 million.”

At what point do I get to have a voice regarding my tax money being sent to another country to benefit them and not us? At what point do my representatives care more about me than about every other country on this rock?

I truly wonder how many examples of the America Last policy of Biden-Harris have to be provided to convince moderate Dems and the undecided how much the Duo of Destruction detests our country and Americans therein?

I will keep trying to show them here, and hope that everyone will keep this in mind when standing at the voting booth in November.
