Day 25!! There art installations around the arboretum for an event with Hunt Slonem (the artist behind all the sculptures) quite cool and pretty!!

Day 20!! At the bath house in White Rock. I used yellow ochre, burnt sienna and ultramine because I felt like I needed to torture myself lol.

Day 13 - a little windy painting day. GOD BLESS FOR MY POCHADE THAT DID NOT SHAKE OR COLLAPSE ON ME!

PLEIN AIRPRIL DAY ONE LETS GOOOOO Did this yesterday. I was too delirious and in pain to post this yesterday. I am challenging myself this year with 30 minute paintings and 50 paint stroke paintings. This is the only I can fit some painting into my week.

Another trip to the Arboretum! I lost the plot nearly at the end.
Also I'm doing a factory reser on my colors to CMYK.

I LOVE MY NEW POCHADE I BOUGHT FROM this pochade is well made and it's nice not to have my easel collapse on me while I paint (the downside of making your own stuff with limited woodshop skills).

I swear I'm alive. I've been super busy and I tend to forget to post my work on instagram. Enjoy some of my squashes.

330 miles south to Bandera and then went 45 miles north to get to Fredericksburg. I’ve been wanting to paint St. Mary’s Catholic church and I finally got my chance to! 😆 so worth the many miles I drove this last weekend!

Just doing a few coastcards till I run out (I don’t have a lot left).
I kinda had to prioritize baking over painting because I had a lot to make for the holidays. Now that the holiday season is almost over (it doesn’t quite end until the 6th for me), I can paint a lil bit but also focus on much needed other things.
