We take a toasted baguette, core out the soft insides and stuff it with your favorite chopped salad to make our signature Zeppelin. What’s a Zeppelin?
Or, get it any of our salads as a Bowl. Either way, we're taking salad to new heights. It’s not a sub. It’s not a wrap. It’s every ingredient and every flavor in every bite. The Zeppelin is your customized chopped salad in a fresh baked artisan baguette. Bread Zeppelin baguettes – direct from Empire Bakery, an artisan bakery in Dallas, TX – are “cored” (hollowed out) right before serving. So you get fewer carbs without sacrificing the crunch! The Bread Zeppelin concept offers 40 ingredients; 20 dressings - mix it up! After you choose from the list of fresh ingredients, they chop it up fast with their mezzaluna knife, dress it and serve it to you in either a bowl or the trademark Zeppelin.
