So I rearranged the living room for November, as one does. Not for the holidays, just cause lol. I still need a moment to soak up fall.
And also I had a good excuse. x did it again with their new collection! I wanted a more moody, cozy feel in here and the Morgan rug MOG-02 Navy/Sand is the perfect transition into fall and winter. It’s perfect and available NOW. Wishing everyone a cozy November!

Jack pulled an old costume out this weekend and I found pics of him as a dragon from the past three years! It barely fits but he’s just so cute and funny, I had to document it lol.

If you’ve been around here for awhile you know how much I love so I was so excited to freshen up our dining room with their Woven Leather Dining Chairs. I’ve been eyeing them for awhile. They are so beautiful! And comfortable! Also why did I wait so long to put draperies up in here??
The antique clay roof tile candle holders on the wall are a Wisteria find from probably about 15 years ago and still a favorite of mine. The love goes way back!
Wylie supervised our little refresh and I think he approves lol

Another unfinished project (this gallery wall) but that’s ok. Focusing on other things right now.
I have loved connecting with you guys in dms this past week as I’ve shared about my wellness journey over the past couple years (see thyroid highlight). Thank you all for sharing your ups and downs with me. I’ll keep on sharing what’s been helpful for me the last couple years (lots more) and hopefully I’ll share the rest of this wall someday soon too. Or not lol.
Love you, friends ☀️

Had to share the mummy cupcakes we made, minus the ones with 17+👀 altho I wish I had taken a picture of them!
These were so easy. Bake your favorite cupcake recipe and make or buy icing of your choice. I used a wide flat frosting tip and frosting bag I picked up right on the baking aisle and monster eyes I ordered on altho i saw eye balls at the grocery store too! Put a dab of frosting on the back of eyes and make flat icing lines across your cupcake until it starts to look mummified! My first time decorating w icing and this one was so easy. Super fun bake with the little!
Idea from , I’ll link in stories and my Pinterest account linked in my bio as well. Next up, ghosts with bananas and yogurt!

We made spooky Halloween cupcakes and his level of concentration while putting 17 tiny eye balls on top of loads of buttercream icing is both impressive and adorable 🖤👀

Monday, am I right?
But seriously, praying for everyone hit by the tornado here in Dallas and other places last night. It was awfully close to so many loved ones and we are thankful everyone here is safe. And thankful for a beautiful new day today 🙏🏻

If you've been following along in my stories we have been working on a little room refresh in Jack's room with a goal of more storage, small budget and most importantly something quick and easy. So many of you guessed correctly - we went with green for the walls, well half of them! This room is small but this whole wall was empty so I thought why not go up and install shelves with baskets full of blocks and legos and leave room for his rocker or for play below. We desperately needed more storage in here. We (well, Andrew) painted the bottom half of the wall and installed these Menlo Wood Shelves from right above the paint so they don't look like they are just floating in the middle of the room. I feel like the paint really grounds the space. I LOVE these shelves and I also love that they are products which means they help support safe labor practices, improve livelihoods and empower workers to invest in their communities. Head to to learn more about their commitments! And YaY, pretty shelves for me to style! More in stories ♥️
