I’ve been pretty much non existent all of 2024 😅 What a year!

After just recently moving to the DFW a couple months before, In January I found out I was pregnant and decided I wanted to use this big life milestone to take a step back and truly take in the experience and breatheee. I didn’t take anymore bookings and finished out what I had booked. I was literally on go go go before having her so it was really an adjustment! ha! Solange made her big debut in September and i’m so in love with her. ✨ Having her has definitely made me reevaluate what I want to do and how I want to continue with photography and capturing other people’s life milestones!

So i’m back!! heheheh

ACP will be going through some changes behind the scenes with booking processes and my portfolio but it’s all for the better! I really want to simplify everything and make it easier for not only me but also my clients! I really want to focus on my craft and not have to constantly be checking SO many things BTS! So please bear with me through this process! 🫶🏼

Since I now have a little and don’t want to miss out on watching her grow and having time with her, I will only be taking about 1-3 weddings a month and taking more portrait sessions now! (families, couples, seniors etc)

For all Houston Clients, I will be limiting on how often I drive down for shoots/weddings since I am now in the DFW area! (Side note: please tell your friends/family/coworkers i’m here hehe) I want to try to keep it to maybe only like once a month.

I’m so ready to take on 2025/26 and this new life! If you’ve read this far, thank you! And I want to ring in this new chapter with a special for my DFW people! I will be doing 10% off SESSIONS booked by April 15th for any date in 2025! And $250 off any wedding package for a 2025/early 2026 wedding booked by May 1st! Tell your peoples!!

Or “The Mays-Mays”! Everything about their day was so thoughtful for everyone around them! Between the Record Seating chart where they picked each song for each guest, the multiple cameras laid around for everyone, the games and art table. JUST UGH I was and still am so obsessed. They are so cool!

LADIES AND GENTLEMAN… THE MERRILLS!!!
What a way to end 2023. My last wedding of the year was SUCH a blast!! This couple and everyone one around them just radiates!! UGH i’m obsessed!!

I’d also like to take a moment to talk about my recent editing styles, as I’ve found myself more going toward going with the flow and not limiting myself to just one style. And it’s honestly made me love my craft even more. Now I most definitely still stick to my certain style but i’m more fluid with it. And I definitely feel like these show that!!

In 2024 we aren’t limiting ourselves! We’re being creative and enjoying our craft!!

Fun fact: .tanyamoreno actually BECAME MY REALTOR when I moved out here to the DFW! I became my clients, CLIENT. Which lead to becoming friends even more!! Crazy how universe places people in your life and just the way life works, y’all!!

I already LOVE to become friends with my couples and families BUT THIS WAS A WHOLE NEW LEVEL! And I want more of it!!

the big news is here…
IM MOVING!!!!!

I will now be based in the DFW area!!!

When?? I will be officially in DFW beginning to mid September. WHOOP!

This has been such a roller coaster of months with all the different changes of talk of moving, but i’m honestly SO excited to expand ACP to more areas and really start pushing for travel even more!

What does this mean for my CURRENT Houston couples and families?
If you are already booked for after I move, all will move forward as normal! No extra fees will be added and I will OF COURSE still be there for you on your big days and precious moments with loved ones!

What does this mean for my FUTURE Houston Couples and families?
I will OF COURSE still be taking Houston couples and families, but just like with travel couples, I will slowly start to limit how many Houston shoots I take and will start to have a flat rate travel fee (Houston Only, all other travel places will still have custom travel quotes)
