Tis the season for your first reaction to blame a business for slow delivery times, lost packages or mis-delivered items.
PLEASE don’t do that. We do not work for UPS or USPS or Fedex. I understand it is frustrating but we have ZERO control once an item leaves our hands. Most of us small businesses are ONE person doing all the things and yelling at us or threatening us with negative reviews because of the shipping companies doesn’t solve the problem. We have the same issue sometimes with our own packages trust me.
