The Metroplex BMX Group and DeSoto BMX have joined forces with the Texas BMX Hall of Fame and DeSoto Parks and Recreation to bring you a weekend of racing where old school meets new school!

We would like to thank Gary Elmore for all of his time and dedication to Metroplex BMX over the last 20 years. He has retired as track director effective Nov. 28th.
Chris Allen CaseyandChris Allen is the new Track Director and we are excited to make 2017 the year to remember! We appreciate all of the calls and messages we have received. We will need everyone to make this change go smoothly.
With all of the changes, we have decided to change the track name to Desoto BMX. The track website is www.desotobmx.org. Please pass this information on. We will be cash only for a period of time. If you need anything, please call 214-864-5653 or 214-497-2262.
We can't wait to start the new year! We will continue to keep the schedule the same the rest of the racing season for 2016!

Saturday November 12th we will have a double point Strength for 91 race. This is a great way to get ready for the USA BMX Grand National and raise money to help or fellow BMXer Sam Willoughby and his Road2Recovery fund. Entry fees will be $25, multi-family discounts $20 each, race class and cruiser $20 each. Free 30 and over modified open with class or cruiser entry fee. Awards will be provided by USA BMX so more money can go to the recovery fund.
