Western One Step :: One Step to Great Food Pete’s Mesquite Western Style Seasoning is a superb blend of spices that gives all meats, fish, and vegetables that unique flavor of the great southwest.

Grilled bone-in chicken thighs and breasts and corn on the cob this weekend... seasoned with the Classic Hickory. I can't wait!

Grilled some pineapple slices, brushed them with a little oil and dashed on Pete's Measquite. Grilled till hot with some nice grill marks, put them on a cheese burger for an island type treat. tasty.

Well the great push to 1K fell short. Never the less, thanks to all who helped. We still want to be your spice company. let us know what you need and want.
FYI the egg fed two for three meals then we threw out the rest, there is only so much scrambled egg one man can eat.

I have a fresh ostrich egg. Wonder how much Pete’s Mesquite is required to properly season it? By the way, the male ostrich would like nothing better than to stomp the crap out of you when you steal eggs from his mate.
