Anja made this beautiful quilt as a graduation gift for her son years ago. She outlined the big white squares on her domestic machine and hand quilted the center 4 petals, but after years of use and washing, everything was moving around. Her son picked out this dense design and I was able spice up and better secure his quilt without any puckers. Just in time for the cold weather! ❄️

Blast from the past! This lovely quilt was pieced by the sister of a good friend that stood up in our wedding 34 years ago, Kathy Coulter Eckman! Way to go, Donna Coulter Karis! Beautiful family heirloom. Congrats!
