Youth With Faces
With respect and belief in their potential, we help justice-impacted youth gain work and life skills. We all know poor choices are part of growing up.

We’re so proud of our Dallas culinary students, who brought their skills and creativity to Dallas Legacy Mission, Inc.'s First Friday Veteran Luncheon at the Dallas College West Dallas Center!
For our second time at this inspiring event, our students turned dessert into a friendly competition—splitting into teams to craft mini cookie ice cream sandwiches for veterans to taste and vote on. The result? Smiles, sweet treats, and a memorable afternoon of connection.
But this event was about more than just dessert. Our students gained real-world experience planning and serving at a catered event, while serving local veterans and learning from organizations dedicated to supporting veterans and their families.
A huge thank you to Dallas Legacy Mission for welcoming our interns and making us part of such a meaningful day. Your partnership helps our students grow and serve!

This week, Dr. Jaz and Michelle had the privilege of representing Youth With Faces at the Moody Foundation’s M-Pact Fund Convening in Galveston, joining fellow grantees committed to improving educational outcomes across Texas.
A highlight was the strategic planning session led by College Possible Texas where we learned actionable strategies for connecting long-term goals with daily work, leveraging technology, and building intentional partnerships. We’re grateful for the new ideas and inspiration!
Thank you to the Moody Foundation! We’re excited to apply what we’ve learned to better serve our students across North Texas.

We’re excited to share how the American Eagle Better World Foundation’s May Month of Service grant program is making a difference for justice-impacted youth in North Texas! Thanks to a dedicated group of AEO leaders, Youth With Faces received vital support for our Career Readiness programs—and a hands-on boost to our spaces.
During May Give Back Days, the AE team rolled up their sleeves to clean and organize our office and classrooms, creating a welcoming environment for our students. They capped off the day by leading mock interviews, helping our youth build confidence and real-world skills for their next steps.
We’re deeply grateful for the time, energy, and encouragement these volunteers poured into our mission. Their commitment is helping us build brighter futures, one student at a time. Thank you, American Eagle and the Better World Foundation, for believing in the potential of our youth!
Dr. Jazz encourages our students, from the day they walk in the door to the day they walk out and graduate from high school! Congratulations to the Collin County Class of 2026!
