We were invited to design a space for the third annual … and we knew it couldn’t be just another guest room.
So we created a full escape.
Layered materials, a statement ceiling, bold stone, and hidden moments of function—all designed to feel like a boutique hotel experience inside the home.
Because the best spaces don’t just look good. They stay with you.

Finally sharing this one…
Our client had outgrown her pantry and had nowhere to land for the day-to-day of life. So we expanded the footprint and reimagined it entirely, layering in a hardworking pantry with a tucked-away office just beyond.
The best part? It feels like it was always meant to be there.
If your home isn’t keeping up with your life, that’s where we come in.

Luxe RED Award Regional Winner, 2026! 🏆
This project was always about creating a home that lives as beautifully outside as it does in.
From the layered outdoor rooms to the architectural details that ground the entire space, every inch was designed with intention… spaces for gathering, lingering, and living fully in the in-between moments.
We believe outdoor living should never feel like an afterthought. It should feel as considered, as curated, and as elevated as everything inside.
Honored to see this one recognized! Thank you !

Let’s take a moment for the wine refrigeration… because it quietly inspired the entire room.
What started as a functional element became the foundation for the palette… deep, saturated navy, warm wood tones, and layered brass accents pulled directly from the wine storage itself. From there, the rest unfolded naturally: a moody bar, a cozy lounge, and a space designed for lingering just a little longer.
This is why we believe every detail matters. Sometimes the biggest design moments don’t start with a sofa or a rug… they start with something unexpected.
In this case? Wine refrigeration.
And honestly… we wouldn’t have it any other way.

The rooms that sit right at the entry of a home have to work the hardest, and this one had a long list of demands.
It needed to function as a mudroom.
A homework station.
A living space.
And still set the tone for the entire home.
So instead of forcing the room into a single purpose, we designed a creative solution: we wrapped the entire space in custom built-ins. Storage for the everyday. A workspace for real life. Architectural millwork that makes the room feel intentional, not utilitarian.
Because great design isn’t just about how a space looks, it’s about how it works.
Now that construction is underway, we’re shifting into the next phase: layering in furnishings, lighting, and textiles that soften the architecture and bring warmth to the entry experience.
This is just one room in a full-home transformation… but it’s a perfect example of how we approach design: solving problems creatively, designing holistically, and making every square foot work beautifully.
Because when the first space you see is this thoughtful, the entire home feels elevated.

Dark powder baths are where we take the biggest risks… and where clients fall in love the fastest.
These small spaces are the perfect opportunity to go bold… layered materials, dramatic lighting, rich stone, and moody palettes that create an unforgettable moment for guests.
Because when a space is small, you can afford to be fearless.
We love using powder baths as a place to experiment with texture, contrast, and personality… turning a functional room into something memorable, intimate, and unexpected.
And honestly? Some of our favorite spaces in Fearless Design live right here.

“Modern, but warm and layered.”
We hear this all the time.
The magic isn’t in the words, it’s in how you interpret them.
Texture.
Color.
Collected pieces.
Unexpected moments.
Modern doesn’t have to mean minimal.
Warm doesn’t have to mean traditional.
Layered doesn’t have to mean cluttered.
This is where design becomes personal.
And where we come in.

Introducing… The Pulp Parlour
This dollhouse room, designed for Dec My Room, feels less like a traditional living room and more like a miniature private lounge. Rich burl wood, sculptural seating, and moody lighting set the tone for a space designed for lingering. A place where the night stretches just a little longer.
This is not a room for a polite porcelain doll. The Pulp Parlour belongs to a doll with stories, the kind who hosts late-night gatherings, pours strong drinks, and always has the best seat in the house. A little mysterious, a little mischievous, and effortlessly stylish, she knows exactly how to set a scene. Step inside, and it feels intimate and slightly indulgent, like a tiny members’ club where the lighting is low, the conversation is good, and the design is bold enough to feel sophisticated… with just a hint of trouble.

Most homes don’t feel unfinished because of what’s missing…
They feel unfinished because there was never a plan for the whole experience.
We see it all the time.
Beautiful furniture.
Thoughtful renovations.
Great pieces collected over time.
But something still feels… off.
That’s because great homes aren’t built room-by-room.
They’re designed as a complete story.
At Pulp, we design homes in layers:
• How you live
• How spaces connect
• Materials that create cohesion
• Personality that makes it yours
That’s when a house stops feeling “almost there” — and finally feels finished.
If your home feels close but not complete… you’re not alone.
Save this for your next renovation — and follow along for more behind-the-scenes design thinking.

While we were writing our first book… we were also designing this.
Because the work doesn’t stop, even during big milestones.
Layer by layer, decision by decision, this space came together behind the scenes while Fearless Design was taking shape.
We can’t wait to share both with you in the pages of our new book! 🔗 Preorder at link in bio.

There’s a pattern we keep seeing after two decades of designing for people at the top of their fields.
The promotion happens. The exit closes. The next chapter begins.
And the call comes in… not to celebrate. To redesign.
Because at a certain point, you start to notice that your home is broadcasting a version of you that no longer fits. Not the wrong house. The wrong story.
The clients who move first — who redesign ahead of their next chapter, not after — show up differently. In rooms. In negotiations. In the way they hold a dinner party.
Your home isn’t a reward for success. It’s infrastructure for it.
If you’re in a transition and your space is part of the conversation, we’d love to hear about it. Send us a DM or find us at the link in bio.

All projects begin with a whole-home vision. But some start with one room… and evolve over time.
This home began with the entry. A space that sets the tone the moment you walk in. We layered a custom mural, sculptural lighting, and curated furnishings to transform a pass-through into a statement.
Now, this entry doesn’t just connect spaces… it introduces the entire home. And it’s just the beginning.
Whether we’re designing a luxury home from the ground up or working room-by-room, our goal is always the same: creating a cohesive, collected home that feels intentional at every step.
