Host, Robert Fukui of the Purpose and Profitability podcast was born in a Hawaii a poor little rich kid. Well, maybe not poor but born in a Hawaii into a family rich with love and direction. His dad was a pastor but after moving to San Jose, made his living as a bookkeeper. Robert stayed in San Jose during his college years and graduated with a B.S. in business administration with a concentration
in marketing from San Jose State University. His first job when he graduated was with Coca Cola Enterprises where he developed his sales ability. After a few years there, he then transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry working with two of the larger pharma companies, Novartis and Bristol-Myers Squibb. It was during his time in big pharma that developed his skills/ability in marketing, sales, training and leadership. Five years ago, he felt a call to use his God given gifts, skills and talents to help other small/medium sized business achieve max profitability that had been eluding them. Positioning them to grow in a healthy way that would allow the business to impact people and community. His purpose is to develop leaders of a business to think and act bigger and use profits to benefit all.
