Move-Out Cleaning Service

Designed for tenants, homeowners, landlords, and realtors who need the property left truly move-in ready. Our move-out service includes detailed cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms, inside cabinets and drawers, interior appliances (oven, refrigerator, microwave), baseboards, doors, trim, light fixtures, and floors throughout the home.

We focus on the details that matter for inspections and final walk-throughs so you can close this chapter with confidence.

Starting at $275 (based on size and condition)

Home must be empty prior to service.

If you're in need of a home cleaning but are in a time of stressful budgeting, I would be more than happy to work on a price and/or payment plan. I'm also open to trade & barter 🙂

Starting prices for home cleanings:

$150 for spaces under 1,000 square feet

$175 for spaces 1,000 to 3,000 square feet

$200 for spaces larger than 3,000 square feet

*I use my own cleaning supplies but I will use your broom and vacuum. If you don't have a vacuum, let me know so I can bring mine :)

*If there are pet droppings to be dealt with, an extra fee of $25 will be charged.

Lets talk about specifics!

Kitchen: Clean surfaces from top to bottom (backsplash, counters, sink, appliance exteriors, cabinet and fridge exteriors, floors)

Bathrooms: Clean surfaces from top to bottom (dusting, shower/bath, toilet, sinks, mirror, floors)

Bedroom & Living Areas: General cleaning (dusting, make beds, floors)

*I will take before and after photos, not to post anywhere, but to ensure that my work is appreciated and not exploited.

Everybody has a mess in their life somewhere, and no judgment is my personal policy- especially in home environments.
