W - Wins (the receipts that show your impact)
O - Organizational Knowledge
R - Relationships
T - Trust (built by doing what you say you will do, when you say you will do it)
H - Humanity (the unique value you bring to the work that can never be replaced by AI)

We cannot sit on the sidelines anymore hoping our work gets acknowledged. We have to know AND be able to communicate our value.

We will move from a place of empowerment and not fear.
