Rotary Dream Park transforms an underutilized site in downtown Arlington into a vibrant civic destination where art and green space intersect. Anchored by monumental word-art DREAM by Jeff Schomberg and Laura Kimpton and the interactive installation BOUNDLESS by Jen Lewin Studio, the park blends public art, recreation, and placemaking into an inviting gathering space for all.

This arrival courtyard unfolds as a sequence of three interconnected outdoor rooms—guided by clear sightlines, strong axial alignment, and custom-fabricated planters that frame movement toward the building entry. Bespoke screen panels cast playful shadows across the lawn, while native plantings, integrated lighting, and custom furnishings create a welcoming, people-first campus.

From pumpkin carving to fun costumes, we had a festive Halloween week! 🎃

We had a fantastic turnout at the first public engagement session for Lake Kensington Nature Park in Kyle, Texas! 🌿

Set within the Texas Blackland Prairie, this 115-acre park is envisioned as a place where people and nature thrive together—offering opportunities for recreation, education, and conservation. We’re excited to continue shaping this vision with the community!

Braving the heat to tour some of Downtown Dallas’ amazing parks and iconic landmarks! This was a great opportunity to teach our designers more about plant material, hardscape details, water features, and the importance of SHADE 🌳 in our urban environments!

Three of our amazing interns — Madisyn, Matt, and Landon — recently visited the active construction site of 4th Street Plaza in Downtown Frisco!

From talking with the construction superintendent and project manager () to exploring the technical side of the build, they gained hands-on insight into what it takes to bring a project to life.

More than that, they learned the value of being proactive and asking the right questions – a skill that will set them up to be future leaders in the field.

Rotary Dream Park looks pretty spectacular under the fireworks!
