I’ve been learning new skills 🤭
Let me tell you, this hot wire is so satisfying. 🧈
I had this idea to cut styrofoam and boom, we’re cutting styrofoam. I haven’t burned my fingers yet (*knocks on wood*) — I promise to be mindful but honestly, I really just had to follow the flow with this funky flow I had going on. 〰️
I’m bringing these styrostamps (I made that up) with me to the workshop. Scroll to end for process video of what we’ll be doing. 🤓

I have been so excited to get this part of myself out & into the world. To guide others. To share my gifts with those that are open to learning. This is why I am one of those artists that dabbles in a little bit of everything. Because essentially, I’ve been building up my cabinet of knowledge so I can share my creative light with the world (& inspire everyone to believe in themselves a little more) 🫶

Sometimes, my attention is caught off guard by the palette of colors in my brush & I think to myself “this is really pretty” followed by capturing the essence before it gets thrown into my water bucket. Enjoy! 🖌️🧡

‘Where Do We Go From Here?’; 2025 ——
I brought this piece of life during the freeze earlier this year. The night before the storm rolled in, I wanted to lock myself in my studio for a few hours before I wouldn’t be able to see my tools and supplies again for a few days.
I made my final touch and set it aside, half an hour later I met my studio neighbor for the first time. He came into my space with the kindest and most positive energy. —(We have had a few conversations at this point and he has shared some profound stories with me about his time in Vietnam.❤️ it’s incredible to hear about other peoples experiences and to see how they show up in the world)— He had a bag full of art supplies from that drug across the canvas by accident (he didn’t know this happened and of course, I wasn’t going to say anything, after all, I’m creating a textured piece 🙂) — He went on his way as I began working on my next project. Then I remembered the corner of the box in the bag scraping the canvas.. and as I observed the newest bit of character, I thought to myself, “this is the perfect final touch”.
