With the recent rain in the Dallas/Ft Worth Metroplex, I've been receiving a lot of calls regarding Roof leaks. Within minutes of getting on a Roof, I'm able to identify where and how water is getting in. It could be a minor issue like a vent or satellite dish not sealed correctly, or a bigger issue (consistent hail damage) that could qualify my customer for a Full Replacement,all paid for by Insurance . Today’s word of the day is PERSISTENCE. When I knocked on my customer Donna’s door for the 8th time-she finally said yes to an Inspection! As a retired Insurance Agent she knows the Claim Process & wanted to feel comfortable working with a Contractor, but she told me it was my Persistence that had her commit to working with me. At today’s job my crew identified damage to the decking after we tore off the existing Roof, something we have no idea exists unless we do a complete tear off. This is why you can trust me!
