Stillness is like being at home alone. Everyone just left , so you’re not expecting anyone. So you get naked, grab a cup of your favorite tea (nettle and beets for me lately) and sit in front of the largest window in your home and watch the rain. You notice how uncontrollable rain is - in its beauty - you see the mirror, and begin the journey within…

To commune with the chaos inside. Like the rain, it will come@to a stop- you have faith in this- so you don’t bother Jesus to wake up during the storm. You match the energy of Christ and rest in the midst of what has been created momentarily- what has come to pass- you see it for what it is/was and accept your faith that it will fully pass by soon.

Stillness is what witnesses and testifies that it’s over now. That you grew from it. At you are here and that’s an intentional fact. You’re observing and discovering and releasing.

I was just thinking about the blessing of stillness today and was inspired to record those thoughts for the souls that resonate. Bless God for the connection.

And bless God for the ❤️’s in my story that led me to post the full expression. I’ll keep going. I’ll keep sharing. Thank you for contemplating with me.

I am in transition. Moving from fear of more to taking it all in. The abundance that comes by grace is natural. But mistakes can have your mind afraid to grow more. I’m thankful to be coming to be at a new door, closing old ones and finding the flow in what’s totally for me. The best part about this shift is the accountability. Maturity is not an age thing. It’s a capacity and faith thing.

So I’m course correcting with no rules and no expectations. Which only means that I’ll be tapped into the possibility of God instead of my stories so far. For this, I am thankful.

Hi friends! I’ve been heavy on the real estate, focusing and building myself to lead my team

That means no relaxation sessions or coaching for the past almost 9 months!

The shift?! Because of school (last semester of my Masters 🙌🏾🤭), I’m coaching again. And it’s really scratching my itch to share!

So I think instead of needing to package everything up, I’m gonna just flow with inspiration, at my capacity, and simply share when it feels good.

I have goals to be more intentional and consistent, sure… it’s timing… and for now, God has put it on my heart to just enjoy the moments and share the tea as He enlightens me to do so.

So this is for all of my “good people” out there suffering through feeling taken for granted and unsatisfied! It may be mild disappointments, or major let downs no one knows about.

It maybe your attempts to please others that keep you longing to be praised and appreciated. Whatever the reward you are looking for, it won’t be found in how you “ do people”.

You maybe looking to be better to yourself and just don’t know how. Being a “good person” isn’t being you. It’s being “for them” and I can’t find a scripture in any holy book that says love for them!

So be okay if others don’t like who you REALLY are.

I’ve learned it’s not about you liking me. It’s about me loving me so I recognize what love is and give and receive it authentically.
