This mushroom coffee is low key 🔥. I made mine a caramel macchiato. 🍄🍄 And I feel great. I can’t explain it but better than other coffee. More alert without jitters. This is Day 1. So I’m anxious to see if I get the other health benefits it has to offer.

This is what our HospiRuns are all about! We gifted lunch to volunteer poll workers last week. They brought us a gift of thanks! We will earn more visits from loyal guests in our neighborhood. They’ll tell a friend to bring a friend. But most importantly, we thank them for their service. 🫡

Got my lashes done and discovered a cute and tasty coffee shop next door. The aesthetics were nice and the food and coffee was 😋and reasonably priced.

Ok let’s settle this Nike debate. What do you call these? I’ve heard different terms and I’m not a sneaker girlie. I’m trying to determine if it’s based on age or where you’re from.

And how can I wash these without wearing them down? I normally just wipe with a cloth, soap, and water.
