Still cooking at home and waiting for this whole COVID mess to be over so I can start cooking for regular meal delivery again! Tonight was quesabirria tacos, calabacita and whole pinto beans. Feel free to message me for any special requests or catering needs in the meantime. I’d love to bake something, deliver food for a family get together or if you just need a night off. ❤️

Just updating everyone again, still on hiatus for traditional meal prep. However if you have a need for a meal, dessert, side dish, anything really, and would like me to prepare them for you, another family as a meal delivery, etc., let me know!

Hi friends! We are still on hiatus due to the Coronavirus. I am hoping to be back up and operating soon!

Hi friends! I’m still hanging in the kitchen feeding my army, but have been limiting my trips to the grocery store to protect my 4 little ones by using things we have on hand. Today I threw together an easy veggie quiche for dinner. Hoping to be back up and delivering soon! Thank you for being understanding during this time and I’m praying for y’all’s health. ❤️

Due to the food uncertainty currently going on, I will not be meal prepping this upcoming week. Hoping things settle down some between now next weekend so that I resume meal services by Monday, March 30th. Thank you for understanding!!! Praying for each of your families during this trying time. ❤️

Keto meals are successfully being prepared for this week’s customers. No telling what next week will bring—-have been hunting and gathering for more meat (via Kroger and my fave store-Aldi) with no success yet, so I can continue to provide home cooked meals for you and your families during this trying time. Stay tuned for next week’s menu once I know what’s available later this week. ❤️

Dinner’s done! Fajitas and both Keto and regular baked spaghetti options. I’ve got a few extra servings of both if anyone needs dinner help today or tomorrow.
