We are excited to announce that Hunt Electrical Corporation (DBA Baer Manufacturing) has signed a long-term lease for a 606,000 SF build-to-suit in Phase 2 of Crosspoint in Georgetown, TX.

Alongside their facility, we are also breaking ground on a 606,000 SF speculative building. Both projects are scheduled to begin construction in March 2026, with completion expected by Q2 2027.

Located in a high-growth corridor with a strong labor pool, these buildings offer a great option for large-scale users in the North Austin market.

What a great night celebrating the grand opening of the AC Element Norterra Hotel in Phoenix!

Thank you to everyone who came out to help us celebrate, and a special thank you to the incredible hotel staff, project team, and community leaders like Mayor Kate Gallego who helped make this opening such a success.

We, along with Holualoa Companies, are excited to announce the grand opening of our dual-branded AC Hotel by Marriott Phoenix North Norterra and Element by Westin Phoenix North Norterra!

Sharing a single address, the four-story dual-branded development features 277 stylish guest rooms designed for both short and extended stays. Covering three acres, the hotel features 8,000 square feet of versatile meeting space, and three luxurious suites with two spacious communal rooms ideal for groups. Guests can also enjoy a modern fitness center and a resort-style courtyard with a heated saltwater pool and spa, along with an outdoor covered pickleball court and the Topgolf Swing Suites.
