I absolutely love cooking food and my favorite is tending to the smoker with my patience in hand and rendering down meats to tender juicy bites. Anthony Bourdain said "When someone cooks for you, they are telling you about themselves: Where they come from, who they are, what makes them happy." I find this to be so true!

Briskets weigh between 14-18 lbs pre cooked and will feed 12-20 people per brisket.
Our briskets are slow smoked for up to 20 hours, and plan to rest for at least 2 hours which will allow for personal delivery to you! Please allow 2 days to reserve your brisket as we take the time to make it right!
Wings? We can do that too! Smoked wings are an excellent party favor!
