Origami Denton

Tonight I taught a private origami class for a couple's 1st wedding anniversary, the paper anniversary. We had a great time folding tulips.

This origami tulip bouquet is available and Mother’s Day is coming up soon. $150 for pick up in Denton. Additional fee for delivery and can even deliver on Mother’s Day in Denton. I only made one so let me know.

Origami tulip. The left is the crease pattern, and the finished model is on the right. This is my all-time favorite model to fold. Instead of just folding, most of this is made by scoring the paper to create crisper, cleaner lines.

I folded these origami tessellations that will be a part of the silent auction this Saturday at Patterson-Appleton Arts Center at the Amplify Denton event, benefiting DMAC Denton.

Complicated origami tessellation

Thank you to everyone that came to The Plot Twist romance book bar to book fold with me. We had a great turn out. At one point I saw a line out the door. We were able to accommodate two classes and it was a lot of fun. Check out The Plot Twist on the Downtown Denton Square. So fun!
