I had the opportunity to help Carole and Dave Hardy look for a home in Denison TX! We ended up closing on a home right next their downtown exactly where they were wanting, on a DOUBLE lot! The DFW metroplex has the same trend. Including counties Dallas, Collin, Rockwell, Denton, and Tarrant. This is one of the reasons why the DFW area is such a great place to invest in rental properties, and why I personally have and will continue to invest in the DFW metroplex.

I love this graph! The mortgage interest rate set an all time low 8 times this year, one of them being last week! The 30 year fixed rate is now at 2.88%! That’s crazy! We have opportunities now for refinancing and purchasing new homes at the lowest interest rates ever!
